You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Items can only be refunded if there is any manufacturing defect.
In the event of an incorrect product delivery, a free replacement will be provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, you should have a valid reason.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products can't be returned or replaced in case of customer places an order for wrong Model/Design/Color/ product.
Once you fill the form, you will receive a response within 2-5 working days, the return window will be open until the issue is solved.
Replacement
You can replace the product in case of a Manufacturing defect. In these cases, you will get a free replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 24 working hours.
What Manufacturing defect includes?
Manufacturing defect includes Fitting Issue, Spots on print, Major Alignment Issue, Print Blurred.
What Manufacturing defect does not include?
Minor color difference, different button/finger-print/camera/logo cutting, customer orders incorrect model, Minor Alignment Issue, Soft printed cover's edge prints, etc.
